You are master of yourself.
To consciously manifest a different reality, a better world for ourself and for the planet, the practice of inner work is essential. What works inside itself is reproduced outside. What moves inwardly is the perfect mirror of our life. The exterior is only the physical manifestation of our interior.
The change - in order to manifest itself - requires a corresponding inner state, that is, a coherent and tuned state to the desired reality. Conditions are always first created inwardly, it is not about luck or chance. Everything that exists in our life has deep roots in ourselves, or that inner possibility becomes manifest, because we have chosen, conscious or unaware of our power of creation.
To build a new inner state it is essential to know oneself - γνῶθι σεαυτόν, gnōthi seautón (gr.), nosce te ipsum (lat.), know yourself -. Ancient wisdom accompanies us to the discovery and knowledge of ourselves. The advancement of the soul is closely connected to the awakening of one's personal power. To consciously manifest one's power of creation, it all starts from the knowledge of oneself. Research and transformation occur inwardly, although the field of experimentation and action is the physical world, the earthly, material life.
The inner journey is conducted inside of You, drawing on ancient wisdom and unlimited resources of yourself. Through inner work or practical work you enter into yourself, exploring your potential through shared tools, freely available, which allow you to consciously transform the current state in harmony with the desired life.
Your new state is in fact what attracts and manifests the change in your life. To manifest the new reality it is necessary to become aware of your change, of the corresponding inner transformations. The transformation process is active and is based on the following premises:
- Only when you create the favorable conditions to change, you attract it and manifest it in your life;
- Every change presupposes an inner transformation, a positive mental attitude and the desire to get involved;
- Every inner transformation requires the full acceptance of the current state, whatever it is.
PRACTICAL INNER WORK - DEFINITION
It is that work that each performs in oneself or the inner work for the liberation of one's being, transforming inner states (mental or emotional) in awareness of the here and now.
PRATICE
Without practice, no result is obtained. Start with a few minutes a day of practicing simple and effective exercises. The form is that of short meditations, aimed at a specific work on our components (body, heart, mind and consciousness). No preparation is required. Practice every exercise for a minimum of 21 days to observe real changes in your life.
HOW TO PRACTICE THE EXERCISES
- Take a comfortable position;
- Start accompanying music (youtube video);
- Concentrate on one component at a time according to the chosen exercise.
The order in which the exercises are proposed is not accidental, but based on the experience we have gathered over many years of practice involving a large number of people. Each block of exercises creates the conditions for practicing the following exercises with minimum effort and maximum results.

By observing how your life changes, you will be able to quantify the results faster and faster, given by practical work. Life is your field of action, your challenge of every day, the terrain on which to move and to confront yourself.

The practice is not static, it changes with your transformation, because you will enrich it with new impulses that will come to you from your personal experience. Through your own experience you will be able to flow more consciously into the change you desire, expressing the master who is in You.

Have you ever tried to uproot a ten-year-old plant from the vase? It has very thick roots, well anchored to the earth, expanded over the entire volume ... it carries away with it the whole block of land. This image has become my guide, I still feel the scent of wood in the nostrils and I remember the weight of that set of roots that held together the earth. A whole one. This is the image that I feel when I practice the meditation of rooting, the one that most needed me in this age of my life, the one that reconnects me to the deepest part of the Earth and of itself. Thanks to the practical inner work my life has totally changed, I am a more centered person, I discovered my life purpose linked to archeology and history, I recovered from an illness, I found the lost relationship with my father and I found my life company. Since I met claudia and practical work in itself my life has changed a lot and is continuing to change day by day. Although I admit not to be very constant, so much to do the basic exercises a bit 'sobs, I can say that in a few years I became a vegetarian and I switched from cigarettes to natural tobacco, greatly reducing the daily amount. I became one of the leading exponents of the Italian Free Hugs movement, where with a gesture of love as simple as the embrace, I give a smile and a moment of serenity to others, while at the same time finding an inner enrichment. I am writing to you what effects I observe by doing the exercises. In times of extreme stress, I would suffer from panic attacks or in any case wake up in the middle of the night with anguish and irrational fear, as well as being hypochondriacal. By practicing meditation every day, I no longer had panic attacks or hypochondria. I have noticed lately that even without doing daily meditation, but trying at least to observe myself and practice the mental void whenever the mental chatter have the upper hand, in the evening I am less tired, I am more concentrated and I transmit serenity to others too. In particular, I have noticed that if I am in a state of mental serenity my relationship with others benefits, even the small discussions that you have in couple or family die even before you are born. Practical work has changed my life very much from all points of view, all my deepest desires are on the right path of realization, all this combined with a great Wisdom and silence that I am developing within. Hi everyone. I have known Claudia since March of last year on the occasion of the preparation of the Love and Gratitude Day for Water. I had been meditating for about two years but I had come to a standstill. Then I met Claudia who told me about the basic exercises and I started doing them every day. My inner work has made a leap! In everyday life these exercises have helped me to learn that many things have to be let go to allow my life to renew itself and move forward. Obviously this is not easy because it means abandoning old mechanisms that have been stuck on for years. The falls are there but with these exercises I have the impression of not being "piu'sola" but I have some tools that day a day helped me. The road is still long but it is marked in the everyday by the awareness of approaching me, more than "my soul". S.
Thanks to fasting and following the practical work of the morning and the meditation exercises I stopped smoking and reduced to almost one coffee a day. B.
Hello everyone, today I would like to leave my testimony, which I really feel I share following a medical report I had a few days ago.
It is now more than 12 years that I have performed the same control visit every six months or yearly, from which the presence of cysts has always been found, in some localized areas of the body, with a size of about 1.5 cm. I have always been told that it is a genetic conformation and that it is absolutely nothing serious that we can not live together. Despite everything, however, there are! The penultimate control dates back to January of this year.
In these six months, many things have changed. I finished my university career, I modified and balanced my diet preferring fruit and vegetables to meat, daily I do not miss a walk of 7-8 km and I started to do meditation constantly. In the morning I dedicate half an hour to morning exercises and in the evening, before going to sleep, I relax with that of energetic cleansing. Recently I started with introducing the basic exercises in the path.
Well the results, surprisingly and unexpectedly for me, have been seen the other day with the last check. The cysts have decreased considerably, and currently have a size between 5 and 8 mm. The doctor has not been able to give me a motivation if not a "It can happen that they are reduced" but to me it never happened in 12 years, so much so that now I got used to their presence.
In short, for the moment, I have drawn my conclusions. All the changes in my life have positively influenced my body.
Today, I am convinced more than ever that a daily meditation, accompanied by proper nutrition and constant physical activity, can bring beneficial effects both on our body and our soul and in our relationship with others. I believe very much in the path taken and I expect to achieve the goals set.
